Mumbai -Bangalore -Mysore -Nagarhole Wildlife Sanctuary -Mudumalai Wildlife Sanctuary-Ooty -Coimbatore -Kochi -Munnar -Periyar -Alleppey - Kovalam -Trivandrum -Mumbai - Day = 17

DAY 01 ARRIVAL MUMBAI -BANGALORE: On arrival meet and transfer to Domestic Airport for flight to Bangalore. Afternoon free to relax. Overnight hotel. (Depending on airline used it may be necessary to stay overnight in Mumbai.)

DAY 02 BANGALORE- MYSORE:
After breakfast drive to Mysore. En route visit the Summer Palace of Tippu Sultan and Ranganathabittoo Bird Sanctuary. Continue to Mysore. Overnight hotel.

DAY 03 MYSORE: Day sightseeing in Mysore. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 04 MYSORE- NAGARHOLE:
After breakfast drive to Nagarhole, the most famous wildlife sanctuary in South India. Check into the resort. Afternoon game viewing. Overnight at the hotel on full board basis.

DAY 05 NAGARHOLE- MUDUMALAI: Morning coracle ride on the Kabini River. Later drive to the Mudumalai Wildlife Sanctuary. Check into the resort. Visit the elephant training camp in the evening and see the Pooja ceremony. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 06 MUDUMALAI:  
Enjoy a morning game drive before experiencing an elephant ride in the afternoon. Overnight at the resort.

DAY 07 MUDUMALAI- COIMBATORE: After breakfast drive to Ooty, the famous hill station, for lunch before boarding the toy train to Mettupalayam. On arrival transfer to Coimbatore. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 08 COIMBATORE-KOCHI:  
After breakfast drive to Kochi (Cochin) and check into the hotel. In the evening witness the Kathakali dance performance, the dance drama of Kerala. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 09 KOCHI-MUNNAR: Morning sightseeing of the city. Afternoon drive to Munnar the beautiful hill resort famous for tea estates and National Park known for Nilgiri Thar (Ibex). Here we can go for long walks through the National Park. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 10 MUNNAR:
Day to visit the National Park, tea estate, tea factory (on prior permission). Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 11 MUNNAR- PERIYAR: After breakfast drive through the beautiful Cardamom Hills to Periyar. On arrival check into the hotel. Afternoon boat cruise on the lake to watch the animals. Overnight hotel.

DAY 12 PERIYAR: Today we go for a full day jungle walk (packed lunch). Then back to the hotel OR, if you are interested, stay inside the forest in watch towers - the facilities will be very basic.

DAY 13 PERIYAR:  
Morning boat cruise on the lake to watch wildlife. Later enjoy an elephant safari. Afternoon visit the spice plantations. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 14 PERIYAR- ALLEPPEY: After breakfast drive to Alleppey enjoying a 3hr backwater cruise en route. On arrival check into resort for overnight.

DAY 15 ALLEPPEY- KOVALAM: Morning free. Later drive to Kovalam. On arrival check into hotel. Rest of the day free to relax. Overnight hotel.

DAY 16 KOVALAM: Day free to relax. Overnight hotel.

DAY 17 KOVALAM- TRIVANDRUM- MUMBAI: Morning free. Later drive to Trivandrum Airport for flight to Mumbai. Transfer to the international airport for the flight back home.
