Arrive Mumbai

Day 02 Mumbai
Morning

Day 03 Mumbai
Trivandrum Kovalam:
Morning transfer to
airport to connect flight to Trivandrum. Met upon
arrival & transfer to Kovalam, later move around to have
the feel of the beach and beauty of the finest beach of the world.
O/n in the hotel.
Day 04 Kovalam
Kanyakumari Kovalam
Today you will go
for a same day return trip to Kanyakumari also called as Cape
Camorin- This place is the "Lands End" of the Indian subcontinent - here the Bay of Bengal meets the Indian Ocean and
the Arabian Sea . Visit, Viveknanda Memorial - This memorial is on
two rocks islands about 400 metres off shore - visit by boat and
then to Gandhi memorial and Kumari Amman Temple later
drive back to Kovalam. Dinner and Overnight at hotel.

05 Kovalam Varkala
Morning after
breakfast l proceed to Varkala: The most
unspoiled
beach resorts of India you also have an option to go for body
therapy over there. An excellent place to relax or visit to Janardhana Temple - the first and the foremost temple town (non Hindus
not permitted inside the temple) Later return back for
Dinner & Overnight at hotel.
Day 06 Varkala
Kumarakom
Today ride
into Kumarakom the backwater country luxury cruiser from
Varkala and then make yourself at home in its small-town hush.
Dinner and o/n in the hotel.
Day 07
Kumarakom
Today
day trip of Kumarkom by small boat or by house boat to have the
feel of the village life along with the costal areas - which is
interesting and you can see palm -fringed lakes studded with
cantilevered Chinese fishing nets and travel along narrow shady
canals where coir (coconut fiber) Copra (dried coconut meat) and
cashews are loaded on to boats. Along the way are small
settlements where people live on narrow spits of reclaimed land
only a few metres wide. Although practically surrounded by water
they still manage to keep cows, pigs, chickens and ducks and
cultivate the small vegetable garden. return back to the hotel for
o/n stay.

08 Kumarakom Thekkady
Proceed after b/f
to Periyar is as sublime as the destination itself. A scenic
journey past mist capped mountains, spice plantations and open
grasslands lined with spectacular water falls. Upon arr. check
into the hotel and rest of the day free for independent
activities. Dinner and o/n stay in the hotel.
Day 09
Thekkady
Periyar -also
called as Thekkady popular for wild life - its home to Bison,
Sambar, wild bore , antelopes , monkeys , langoors, and a big
variety of birds , some 750 elephants and an estimated 35
TIGERS. Accompanying with a local guide familiarizes
you to the rare birds, trees & flowers that are come across
here. A boat safari on the Periyar Lake extends a lifetimes
chance to spot exotic wildlife in its natural habitat. Dinner
& Overnight at hotel.

10 Thekkady Munnar
Lv. after b/f for
Munnar - The combination of the craggy peaks manicured tea
estates and crisp mountain air makes Munnar and ideal retreat.
Upon arr. check into the hotel. rest of the day to watch the
beauty and feel the fragrance of this place. Dinner and O/n in the
hotel.
Day 11 - Munnar
Munnar is set amid
dramatic mountain scenery in what was once known as the high range
of Travancore , the hill town of Munnar (1524 metres) is the
commercial centre of some of the world highest tea growing
estates. Visit to The stone Christ Church built in 1910 has
fine stained glass inside brass plaques honours the memory of the
tea planters. Eravikulam National park - Here you can
see mountain Tahr (rare mountain goat) and walk around the rajmala
Hills - which is just 10 kms from Munnar. Overnight at hotel.
Day 12 Munnar
Cochin
Lv. after b/f for
Cochin, On arrival in "Queen Of The Arabian Sea"
check into hotel. Afternoon free to relax. In the evening enjoy Kathakali
dance show. Dinner & Overnight at hotel.

13 Cochin

with a guide for full day city tour covering: Jewish
Synagogue Built in 1568 the oldest synagogue and was
destroyed by Portuguese in 1662 and was rebuilt two years later
when the Dutch took over Kochi. It features hand painted willow
pattern floor tiles brought from Canton in China and were made in
the 18th century. St. Francis church in Fort
Cochin - India's oldest European built church was constructed in
1503 by Portguese Franciscan Friars who accompanied the expedition
led by Petro Alvarez Zebral . Vasco de gama was
buried here for about 14 years before his remains were taken to
Lisbon. Rope Operated PUNKHAS (fans) are one of this church's
unusual feature. Dutch Palace or Mattancherry
Palace - built by Portuguese in 1555 - the two storey
quadrangular building surrounds courtyard containing a Hindu
temple. Dinner & Overnight at hotel.
Day 14 Cochin
Mumbai
Lv. hotel in time to board the flight for Mumbai Met upon arr. &
transfer to hotel . Relax for few hours
and
later catch the international connection to go back home
